About Easy Run Plumbing and Gas

Easy Run Plumbing And Gas is a Thornlie-based plumbing and gas fitting business, owner-operated by Ethan, with over 10 years on the tools across residential and commercial work.

We started because too many people were getting the same experience from a plumber: never rocked up, never sent a quote, and an invoice that didn't explain itself. We do it the other way around. When you call, you speak to the plumber who's coming out. When the job's done, your invoice shows photos of the work and we explain exactly what we have done and billed for.

WHAT WE DO

Most of our work is maintenance — blocked drains, burst and leaking pipes, dripping taps and mixers, toilet and cistern repairs, hot water system service and replacement. We also handle gas fitting and appliance installs, complete bathroom, kitchen and laundry renovations, and sewer and stormwater ground works. If it's urgent, we'll get to you the same day.

WHERE WE WORK

We're based in Thornlie and most of our work sits in the surrounding suburbs — Gosnells, Huntingdale, Canning Vale, Piara Waters, Parkwood, Southern River, Maddington and Cannington. We'll travel further across the south-east Perth metro area, and we don't add a travel charge for doing it.

We publish our maintenance rates rather than quoting job by job, so you know what a tap reseat or a blocked drain costs before you send the work order. Routine jobs are attended within 24 to 48 hours, urgent ones same day. Every invoice comes with photos and a full breakdown you can pass straight to the owner.
